A.V.A.E. - A Vision Alive Enterprise Overview

A.V.A.E. (A Vision Alive Enterprise) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to achieving S.L.I.C.E. – Sustainability, Leadership, Independence, Community through Entrepreneurship. Operating as a member-based organization, A.V.A.E. functions similarly to an enterprise or cooperative, existing to serve and empower its members.

Our Structure & Extensions:
A.V.A.E. is supported by subsidiaries and cooperative extensions that contribute to its mission:

• HOH – House of Hospitality: A cooperative extension providing resources, services, and opportunities that align with A.V.A.E.'s goals.

• Founder's Circle: A select group of chartered members who financially support the realization of A.V.A.E.'s vision. These individuals hold the prestigious Executive Membership Tier, granting them exclusive benefits and leadership influence within the organization.

Member Sponsored Grants (MSG):
At the core of A.V.A.E.’s mission is the Member Sponsored Grants (MSG) program, funded through:

Monthly Membership Dues from A.V.A.E. members.

• Revenue Generated from A.V.A.E.'s subsidiaries and public fundraising efforts.

• Community Contributions from non-members supporting our initiatives.

Grant Allocation Process:
Each quarter, A.V.A.E. members have the opportunity to submit their business plans for funding consideration through an engaging and transparent polling process. Members with the highest number of votes or bids are awarded grant funds to start or expand their businesses.

Encouraging Growth Through Engagement:
To ensure maximum participation and membership growth, members are encouraged to campaign actively for votes—driving new memberships, as only members have the privilege to vote on funding polls.

Projected Impact:

• HOH is expected to generate $25,000 per month, with $15,000 allocated quarterly to support up to four members with grants ranging from $2,500 to $10,000 each.

• All funding proposals must include a co-membership benefit, such as discounts or exclusive offers to further support the A.V.A.E. community.

Member Benefits:
Through our subsidiary, SBC LLC, a business solutions provider at HOH, members will have access to:

• Entity Formation Services (LLCs, Corporations, etc.)

• Trademark Registration Assistance

• Web Design & Business Setup Services

Additionally, a business attorney will be retained to support all founding members with legal guidance and business structuring.

Grant Recipient Obligations:
Recipients of the Member Sponsored Grants (MSG) are not required to repay the funds unless they are misappropriated, in which case membership dissolution and legal actions may follow. Grant recipients must maintain an Entrepreneurship or Executive Membership Tier to continue accessing A.V.A.E. resources and opportunities.
